Four Corners Hospitality Group takes pride in its robust Corporate Responsibility Program that incorporates Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies across our business.

We want to create long-term value and deliver commensurate risk-adjusted returns for our shareholders and hotel partners. Operating with socially responsible business practices, we make these commitments to our team members, business partners & operators and the communities in which we operate and invest.

We believe that good governance practices and responsible corporate behaviour contribute to the long-term success of companies and are critical to well-functioning markets. We also believe that strong corporate governance helps reduce investment risk and ensures that investor capital is used effectively.

With socially responsible investors using ESG and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) criteria to measure the sustainability and ethical impact of a business, in partnership with our trusted, hospitality sector expert partner Mission: net zero, we offer a 360° sustainability management service aimed at decarbonising quickly, credibly and consistently with integrated environmental, sustainability and social impact strategies that lead to prestigious, internationally recognised eco-label certification.

Leading BREEAM and Green Key ecolabel certifications support the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and are aligned with the Global Sustainability Tourism Council (GSTC). And by meeting sustainability criteria designated by a third-party certification agency the hotel will earn “eco-certified” labelling on Google, which can give a business a competitive advantage over hotels with no ‘green accreditation’ at a time when credible and authentic environmental credentials are becoming increasingly important to travellers when they are deciding on a place to stay or hold corporate meetings and events.

By participating in a respected eco-label certification scheme that considers factors such as carbon emissions, waste management, supply chains, environmental impacts, employees and employment policies, clients can demonstrate a hotel is actively working to make a positive environmental impact in the world. In doing so they can earn a valuable hallmark of sustainable green achievement, that demonstrates a commitment to ESG and CSR goals to the investment community at large, in addition to eco-aware guests, customers and team members in addition to the local communities in which the hotel operates.
